Water-thinnable binder for the production of artists' paints with powder pigments or aqueous pigment pastes. The transparent all-round binder with excellent binding and adhesive properties. The pigment binder is excellently suited for the production of a water- and smudge-resistant paint that can also be used for painting flexible or textile substrates. The pigments are very well bound and do not lose their luminosity. After working, the tools, e.g. brushes are simply washed out with water.
