Etching primer in cap – black (29311)
This normal, common etching ground consists of an easy-to-melt wax mixture, which can also be dissolved in turpentine oil and is suitable for most etchings.

After softening, the material can be spread thinly and evenly over the panel with a leather roller or swab.
